8. User-Controlled Wallets
Where a user accesses VEGE through a self-custody wallet, the user is solely responsible for protecting private keys, passwords, seed phrases, authentication devices, and recovery information.
PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL will never require a user to disclose a private key or seed phrase through email, Telegram, social media, or a website contact form.
9. Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL may be unable to reverse, cancel, recover, or modify it.
Users accept responsibility for transactions sent to an incorrect address, unsupported network, fraudulent contract, or incompatible wallet.
