Last updated: 31 July 2026

Important Risk Warning:
Digital assets, blockchain applications, utility tokens, Real-World Asset projects, and emerging technologies involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the value associated with a digital asset. Do not participate using funds that you cannot afford to lose.

1. Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure provides general information about material risks associated with VEGE Token, blockchain technology, the VEGE Ecosystem, Real-World Assets, digital wallets, decentralized applications, and third-party markets.

This document is not exhaustive. Additional risks may exist that are currently unknown, difficult to predict, or considered immaterial but later become significant.

2. No Investment Advice

Information published by PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

You should conduct independent research and consult qualified professional advisers before making a financial or digital-asset decision.

3. Utility-Token Risk

VEGE Token is described as a utility token intended to support participation and functionality within the VEGE Ecosystem.

Utility, access, benefits, integrations, rewards, and platform functionality may depend on continued technological development, commercial adoption, legal compliance, and availability of third-party infrastructure.

Proposed utility may be modified, delayed, restricted, or discontinued.

4. Price Volatility

Digital-asset prices may change rapidly and unpredictably. Price movements may be influenced by:

  • Market sentiment and speculation.
  • Liquidity and trading volume.
  • Macroeconomic conditions.
  • Regulatory announcements.
  • Technology incidents.
  • Exchange or market decisions.
  • Large-holder transactions.
  • Social-media activity and misinformation.

Historical prices do not predict future performance.

5. Total-Loss Risk

A digital asset may lose substantial or all of its market value. There is no guarantee that a purchaser will recover the amount paid or be able to sell the asset.

6. Liquidity Risk

A market for VEGE Token may have limited buyers, sellers, depth, or trading volume. Transactions may not be executable at the expected price or within the expected time.

Liquidity may be affected by exchange policies, technological problems, regulatory restrictions, network congestion, market concentration, or suspension of trading.

7. No Listing Guarantee

PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL does not guarantee that VEGE Token will be listed, remain listed, or be tradeable on any centralized exchange, decentralized exchange, wallet, marketplace, or other platform.

Third-party platforms may suspend, restrict, or remove support without the control of PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL.

8. Blockchain Technology Risk

Blockchain networks may experience:

  • Congestion and increased transaction fees.
  • Software defects or consensus failures.
  • Network forks or protocol changes.
  • Validator or node disruption.
  • Cyberattacks or denial-of-service attacks.
  • Incompatibility following network upgrades.
  • Unexpected changes in network governance.

9. Smart-Contract Risk

Smart contracts may contain coding errors, vulnerabilities, logic failures, configuration mistakes, or unexpected interactions with other contracts.

Audits and testing may reduce but cannot eliminate smart-contract risk.

10. Wallet and Private-Key Risk

Loss, theft, exposure, or destruction of a private key, seed phrase, password, or authentication device may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets.

Self-custody users are responsible for maintaining secure backups and preventing unauthorized access.

Never provide a private key or seed phrase to anyone claiming to represent VEGE.

11. Irreversible Transaction Risk

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Transactions sent to an incorrect address, fraudulent contract, or unsupported network may not be recoverable.

12. Fraud, Phishing, and Impersonation Risk

Criminal parties may create fake websites, tokens, wallets, social-media profiles, support accounts, promotions, or investment schemes using VEGE branding.

Users must independently verify:

  • The official website domain.
  • The official smart-contract address.
  • The blockchain network.
  • The identity of any company representative.
  • The authenticity of payment instructions.

13. Regulatory Risk

Laws and regulations governing digital assets, tokenization, financial services, commodities, payments, securities, taxation, consumer protection, data protection, and anti-money-laundering obligations may change.

Regulatory developments may affect the availability, transferability, use, market access, promotion, or legal classification of VEGE Token and related services.

14. Jurisdictional Risk

A digital asset or service permitted in one jurisdiction may be restricted or prohibited in another.

Each user is responsible for determining whether access, possession, transfer, or use is lawful in the user’s jurisdiction.

15. Tax Risk

Digital-asset transactions may create tax, reporting, accounting, or record-keeping obligations.

Tax treatment may vary by transaction, user status, and jurisdiction. Users should obtain independent tax advice.

16. Real-World Asset Risk

Projects associated with physical or productive assets may be exposed to:

  • Asset ownership and title risks.

  • Environmental and social obligations.
  • Contractual disputes.
  • Counterparty default.
  • Changes in commodity prices.

Reference to an underlying or associated asset does not automatically mean that a token holder owns that asset, holds shares in the company, or has a direct legal claim against the asset.

Any ownership, revenue-sharing, redemption, security, collateral, or shareholder right must be established in a separate valid legal agreement and cannot be inferred solely from possession of VEGE Token.

17. Palm Oil Industry Risk

18. Valuation Risk

Valuations of businesses, plantations, factories, inventories, intellectual property, or other assets may depend on assumptions and may differ from realized market value.

Website references to asset values, market potential, or future business scale should not be interpreted as a guaranteed token value.

19. Counterparty Risk

The VEGE Ecosystem may rely on suppliers, contractors, technology providers, payment providers, distributors, cooperatives, asset owners, financial institutions, or other third parties.

A counterparty may fail to perform, become insolvent, experience operational problems, or breach contractual obligations.

20. Technology Integration Risk

Planned integration with wallets, QRIS services, blockchain networks, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, exchanges, or other infrastructure may depend on regulatory approval and third-party technical cooperation.

Integration may be delayed, limited, modified, or unavailable.

21. Artificial Intelligence Risk

Artificial-intelligence systems may produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unexpected outputs. AI-generated analysis should not be treated as guaranteed business, financial, agricultural, or investment advice.

25. Roadmap and Development Risk

Roadmaps, targets, projections, product concepts, and timelines are subject to change.

Development may be delayed or discontinued due to insufficient financing, market conditions, regulation, technical limitations, commercial feasibility, or other circumstances.

26. Concentration Risk

A significant percentage of tokens may be held by the company, founders, treasury wallets, liquidity providers, or a limited group of holders.

Large transfers or sales may affect liquidity, market confidence, governance, and price.
