3. Utility-Token Risk

VEGE Token is described as a utility token intended to support participation and functionality within the VEGE Ecosystem.

Utility, access, benefits, integrations, rewards, and platform functionality may depend on continued technological development, commercial adoption, legal compliance, and availability of third-party infrastructure.

Proposed utility may be modified, delayed, restricted, or discontinued.

4. Price Volatility

Digital-asset prices may change rapidly and unpredictably. Price movements may be influenced by:

Third-party platforms may suspend, restrict, or remove support without the control of PT VEGE ASET DIGITAL.

8. Blockchain Technology Risk

10. Wallet and Private-Key Risk

Loss, theft, exposure, or destruction of a private key, seed phrase, password, or authentication device may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets.

Self-custody users are responsible for maintaining secure backups and preventing unauthorized access.

Never provide a private key or seed phrase to anyone claiming to represent VEGE.

11. Irreversible Transaction Risk

Any ownership, revenue-sharing, redemption, security, collateral, or shareholder right must be established in a separate valid legal agreement and cannot be inferred solely from possession of VEGE Token.
